Promise

    HE PROMISES TO PURIFY YOR HEART.

    Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts: "Behold, I will refine them and try them; for how shall I deal with the daughter of My people?" (Jer. 9:7).

      sometimes we get paralyzed

in our daily walk with God. We

wake up one morning, take a look

in the mirror, see our sin and

its ugliness, and push God away.

We might spend the next weeks or

months trying to figure out how

to make ourselves

more presentable. But you can't

refine and purify your own

heart. What you can do is stay

hooked up to God through prayer,

and you can constantly renew

your mind by memorizing and

meditating on scripture. God can

make the unclean holy and

restore beauty to the unlovely.

No matter how ugly yur heart or

how sinfl your life has been,God

can clean and restore. Ask Him

daily to purify your heart. If

you're continually allowing God

in to remove your sin, your walk

with Him stays fresh, and you

stay acceptable to Him.
